Shipping policy

Process Time: 

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order and send it off to the post office. Please allow 24 hours after sending off the package to get your tracking number in the email you have provided. 

Shipping/Packaging:

Make sure all information is correct before placing order including email, and address. ModestAfi is not responsible for wrong address given and will not refund due to customer error. 

Once packages are sent to post office/USPS Modestafi is not responsible for package. ModestAfi is also not responsible for lost or damaged products due to shipping. If customer has any questions regarding package after it's been shipped please contact the Post Office or USPS. 

All packages are checked by ModestAfi before being sent out. 

Order Cancellation: 

If order is not shipped out then order can be canceled. Please contact us at modest_afi@outlook.com if you want to cancel an order if It hasn't been shipped.
